With this course, students begin their journey in our state-of-the-art development kitchen, where our expert chef trainers provide in-depth instruction on essential culinary skills. This includes mastering knife techniques, ingredient selection, professional plating, and advanced cooking methods such as sous-vide and molecular gastronomy. The curriculum ensures a comprehensive understanding of both fundamental and high-level culinary techniques.
Upon completing this phase, students gain the hands-on expertise and confidence needed to perform as a professional chef. They then progress to the next stage of the course: 400 hours of intensive training in the kitchen of one of our renowned restaurant partners. To maximize their learning, students can select two different partner establishments, allowing them to experience diverse culinary styles, work with various head chefs, and refine their techniques across multiple disciplines.
