What Does our 400-Hour Kosher Professional Chef Course Cover?

We are excited to launch our Professional Kosher Chef Course, designed for those passionate about authentic kosher cooking. Taught in a fully kosher kitchen with kosher ingredients, this course focuses on meat and pareve dishes while strictly following Jewish dietary laws. We also accommodate the Jewish calendar, ensuring a comprehensive and culturally respectful learning experience. Whether you’re an aspiring chef or a home cook, this course offers the skills and expertise needed to master professional kosher cuisine.

Students begin their journey with 75 hours of intensive training in our state-of-the-art development kitchen, guided by expert chef trainers. This rigorous course builds a strong foundation in essential culinary techniques, ensuring students are fully prepared to step into any professional kitchen.

Following this foundational stage, students advance to 250 hours of hands-on training in the kitchen of one of our esteemed restaurant partners. Here, they will train as an integral part of the team, gaining invaluable real-world experience in a structured and professional environment.

This immersive experience allows students to work alongside seasoned professionals, refining their techniques and mastering kitchen operations. By the end of the program, graduates will have the skills, confidence, and practical knowledge needed to launch their culinary careers immediately.
